Cancellation before June 1 (early bird registration closed): full refund (bar bank expenses, if any).

Cancellation between June 1 and July 31: full refund minus a cancellation fee of € 50 (c. 53 US$).

Cancellation from August 1 until start of conference/no shows: no refund possible.

Special conditions apply for potential COVID-19 related issues irrespective of the deadlines listed above:

1. You or a member of your household tests positive for COVID-19 within 10 days before your arrival date in Manila: full refund upon presentation of appropriate proof (e.g., positive PCR test result, official quarantine order).

2. You are not allowed to enter the Philippines due to a change of immigration rules after booking your trip: full refund.

3. The conference must be cancelled due to a change in national, local or institutional policies: full refund.

Please note that we take no responsibility whatsoever for your travel arrangements and any losses related to these in case you cannot travel or the conference has to be cancelled. Our refund will only cover conference fees and directly associated costs (conference dinner).
